A co-worker gave me some good advice once. She said that when you are each expressing how you feel, really listen to what the other person is saying instead of trying to think what you will say next.

It's has helped me in other situations too.

OH MY!!!! I thought I was the only one. My DH LOVES to get my dander up every time I go to my moms house. It was like we were fine the first hour and half then the last half hour he would ON PURPOSE tick me off and make me cry I don't understand it!
