These are really awesome, but I can just see those lovely tail feathers dragging through this snow and mud
I LOVE Scott's Dumpey!!
Does anyone know if anyone here in the states has any ?
The ones I really liked were cuckood body, solid neck hackle, interesting, I will see if I can locate the photo again...

Not finding the nice Scott's Dumpy photo I saw few days ago, but in searching came across this bird on a UK site, called a Sulmtaler.

Found some good shots of the Sulmtaler...I am intrigued...never have heard of these interesting birds before...

Buckeyes, Orloffs, Rosecomb RIRs or RIWs, Dominiques.....

Avoid a crested bird, too...their crests will freeze and they die easily when chilled/stressed.
