She may be thinner in part due to her scissor beak, poor thing. You might want to feed her mash which will be easier for her to eat so she can put on weight.

I've clipped her beak now. However when I felt her crop (she ate a little mash!), it was watery. Is this partly wet food from through out the day? Her poo is a little small and watery too. If it's worms we have a treatment coming soon already
