I might be getting a puppy in 2 or so years it will probably be a samoyed or a breed of similar size, I would like to raw feed, is it difficult to raw feed a puppy? Do you need to do anything special to the food? I feed prey model and will probably be getting pre-made raw
I think the biggest difference with a puppy is that you have to fulfil their nutritional needs every day. With the adults you can fudge it a bit over the week but puppies don't hold the nutrients the same.

I get premade from a semi-local (within state) company and it's been so easy. I was thinking of doing it myself when I was more comfortable, but honestly the price isn't that much more than it would cost me to DIY. Plus I don't have to put any time into it. The pup loves it and they have a huge variety or protein options. We just tried rabbit and bison ribs for the first time.
