re turkeys is it comon for them to be born like three days early most of the last few jatches have been e all seems fine the temp is been pushing 99 to 102

Hi, no, it isn't common. It sounds like your heat might be a bit high or the eggs were not kept cool enough and started developing before being placed in the bator. Guess as long as they are healthy it doesn't really matter though. Enjoy your babies and hoping you have many more happy hatches.

My turkeys just hatched, temperature was steady at 100F (Brinsea ECO 20) they hatched day 26-28.

8 out of 9 local bought eggs.

7 are healthy and eating, the 8 th can not stand up, I will have to put it down likely.

But my chickens and quail hatched exactly on time recently in the same bator and setting.

Hey, I just posted this question in the turkey section! I raise midget white turkeys and mine hatch REALLY early. I run my temps 99.5 to 100.8 and they hatch anywhere from day 23 to day 25 at the latest. They hatched early for me last year too, but not THIS early! I always have chickens eggs in there at the same time and they are hatching in the normal range. I'm not complaining....it's just weird. My hatch percentage with them is nearly perfect this year, too. The only thing different from last year is the tom I'm using.
