Solved Reaction count changes

Because I lost all of my reactions and posts that I got /made on that thread when they moved it

What do reactions and posts do?
I guess my question is why do you need them?

Oh yeah. There was no RPing going on at all. Just discussing the semantics of hashbrowns, and other potato products.

I don't know. Not important to me, but a lot of people like to get the trophy points and build up their reaction scores, so I can see why some may care about it. It's fun.

Unfortunately yes, post count and reaction counts are lost when threads are moved to the Games section.

Pretty sure that reactions given to posts there still count. Reactions in private conversations also count, and if all participants leave a conversation, it'll be deleted and the reactions given there will no longer count.

I just checked, they no longer count. See this post:

I already did, and it looks like they still count. Or at least Like and Love reactions do, I haven't checked the others.

And the setting that controls whether a particular reaction is positive, neutral, or negative is global, it can't be changed on a per-forum basis.
