Really creepy reacurring dream!!!!!

I am an addictive reader to. I don't think the problem is as much THAT you read, but WHAT you read. I read allot of old books, but I also read a chapter of the Bible before I go to bed, and I think that might get the novels out of my head. You might also do some things around the house, such as wash the dishes or fold the laundry sometimes. It would get your mind off other things, and your Mom would appreciate it too. I sometimes have creepy or wierd dreams, but I usually start thinking about something pleasant before I go to sleep, and if I wake up from a nightmare, I pray for good dreams and that usually works. I hope you figure out a solution soon!
