Honestly though... stop reading those books! You seem to have an active imagination..some kids cant handle reading that type of stuff..
What books have you been recently reading?? (and be honest..)
ok ok i'll be honest... in the shadow of a rainbow, in the caves of great hunters, the walls of windy troy, the twilight series, the warriors series, the claidi journals,..... thats all i've read in january... which, i just noticed is a lot..... aparently i read fast lol!
now, i know your probably gonna say.."stop reading twilight" but just to let u know that is not when i started having this night mare (this started a few years ago and it seams to happen about once or twice a month)
Watching a little bit of spongebob before bed usually does the trick for me. I have a habit of watching scary shows or movies late at night in the basement alone. I'm usually not afraid of anything, but I tell ya, sometimes those shows make me too afraid to go up two flights of stairs to my bed room! I flip on a bit of spongebob, and within a half hour Im good to go. LOL. Yes, I know spongebob is for little kids, but it works for me!
Try not to read scary books before bed. Instead try reading a magazine article, or a comic book, or a funny story...something to put you in a different frame of mind before sleep.
try talking to your counsler at school. you need more sleep, and i think you are probably not getting the right things to eat, I know most kids hate veggies, but watch your diet, get more sleep and PLEASE talk to your school counsler.your under way to much stress even for a teenager. Remember we all love ya and want the best for you marrie
Actually, in response to your question about "controlling" the dream, it is possible. However, the odds that you will remember that you're dreaming are slim to none, but it has happened to me once or twice. It was odd, I just sorta realized, "Hey, I'm dreaming," but usually I just try to stop myself from waking up. You could, in theory, do pretty much anything if you try, but to try you seem to need to be almost awake. I dunno, if I ever "control" one I'll tell you.
By the way, Yellowstone does have a huge volcano beneath it, so it could blow up in theory. Do yourself a favor, though, and DON'T STAY UP READING!!! I never have nightmares, and it just so happens that I am always in bed at a decent time.
As far as the monster goes, did you watch "Frankenstein" before this dream started?
