I bought 9 chicks from the feed store in March and I’m thinking one may be a rooster! Can anyone help me identify? This RIR was the first and only one to grow a bright red comb and wattle. It’s feet are HUGE! It leads the flock most of the time and is pretty brave when it comes to approaching people. It’s only 3 months old so not fully developed but when I look between the two outside tail feathers, I see shiny greenish tail feathers beginning to grow and droop down. I’ll post pictures! Thanks in advance! I don’t have a rooster at this point but I’d love to have one so it’s not such a bad thing if he is!
