Recreating the 55 flowery chicken coloration

Doesn't the single barred EE look blue barred to you, RAA?
Also, those duckwing chicks don't appear to be barred to me...
I did notice that, but then the splash EE wouldn’t be the father. Unless you’re thinking some of the hens are blue barred too?

My original roosters were a splash barred EE and a black barred EE over speckled sussex hens. Resulting females are 4 black barred and 1 blue barred. The 1 blue barred hen has a pea comb and lays a nice blue egg, the others are single comb and lay green/teal or tan. I had a blue ameraucana that I was growing out with them but he developed leakage and I culled him but he had been mating them. The rooster I kept for breeding is single barred and single gene for mottling.

The chick photo of the 55s on GFF page is basically my only comparison right now but they don't have an obvious headspot either.

@nicalandia does it look like I'm on the right track? I have more hatching out this week and I'd love to know which ones are worth keeping.

The good news is, Speckled Sussex are duckwing based like brown Leghorn.
The bad news: 55 Flowery's may have a different type of special Leghorn barring View attachment 4093715
But this is all theoretical
I have crossed 55 with Bresse. I got barred chicks. But I wounder why I hade some very light chicks.
Now I know why. It's B^SD B^SD.
