Red butt

this may not be in emergency but I have a two-year-old barred rock hen with a red butt
She seems normal except for having that big red butt. Any suggestions ?

What is the dark spot on her butt in the first picture which is blurry? She may have had some feather picking by her flock members. Does her bottom below hwer vent feel spongy or tight like a drum?

Sorry for blurry pics phone acting crazy posting wron pics. That was just her wet feathers. I wet her down so you can see the issue. Her vent is soft and spongy and I doubt anyone pulled her feathers because she is the queen of the flock and there would be a battle if they did. She is the supreme ruler.
