Hi!
I have a roo who is about a year old, who has some redness and inflammation on his foot. He doesn’t favor it, or limp, and it doesn’t seem to bother him. I was able to examine it without issue, and apply oil with no problems. In the photo you can see where his feathers would be (he’s a Brahma with feathered feet), but obviously some feathers are missing. He’s a very very big bird. He’s probably easily 8+ lbs.
I just put some oil on his legs before the photo so he’s super oily, but does anyone know what might be causing the redness?
Thanks in advance!
