Looks like infected feather follicles.
The follicles where the feathers grow got infected, & needs to be cleaned for it to heal up. That means removing the pins from the area, & attempting to squeeze out the puss from the infection site. There will be alittle blood, but that's normal. You can spray it with a little bit of hydrogen peroxide to clear out any other nasties, & apply triple antibiotic ointment(non pain Relieving) to the area to keep it moist.What does that mean?
It's not contagious. Yes she'll survive.Does she need to be isolated? Is it contagious? Will she survive?
