What is this? How to treat?
This is Nugget (a Golden comet), she hasn’t laid since the end of January. We give her epsom salt baths when she seems to struggle (which is this week, the worst we’ve ever seen her) but found this a minute ago. Please help! We don’t want to loose another one

this past week we have cleaned (completely and thoroughly) and treated the coop and chickens with Permethrin and treated them for corid as precautionary steps as we lost a chicken Sunday..and replaced the run with river sand.

we have no signs of either, however we are watching them closely..

Update: on white spot
Looks to be more black and swollen, she is favoring it..
I gave her a bath with epsom salt but the scab didn’t come off.. I have sprayed it with MicrocynAH and placed a drop of tea tree oil (diluted with coconut oil) on it

There is likely something embedded in that lesion. You probably should pull the scab off and clean it out, flush well with soap and water, and pack it with antibacterial ointment. You can then bandage it and release her back to the flock. Check the wound in two days to see how it's doing.

Is there an easy way to pull the scab?
Antibacterial- like neosporin for humans?

I soak it first in Epsom salts to soften it. Then I just use my fingernail to pull it off. Yes, Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment.

This is what I finally got out (I had to dig with a new nail file) it is very hard

now if I can get her drinking a little better also.
