She looks like a Red Sex Link... Is she calm or skiddish? Also Red Sex Link have different names they are also called Golden Buff, Golden Sex Link, Cinnamon Queen, and as you said Red Star.

We have to drive about 3 hours to get to any type of city. It was Cal-Ranch (the store) they were busy as heck! I’m truly happy she’s not a Orph just because they are so fluffy and we’ve had triple digits for weeks. She handles the heat well.

Out of all the chicks I got this spring she was the first to hop up on me (sitting on the floor) she’s very independent and so easy to handle. Great lil chicken! Named her Chia after the TV commercials. Cha cha Chia Pet....just add water. LOL

She’s just started laying eggs. Three in the last 3 days. They are very small.

Congratulations! Mine have been all sizes so far. I got three today, sm, med and large. Funny. Takes a while for them to figure this out!!
