Redwood Incubator - Leahy Favorite ARTICLE with Pic

I have a model 624 which is a six tray cabinet Leahy. I am looking to sell this too ONLY because I purchased a Humidaire model 200 last year which has the auto turn and larger capacity for incubating. The Leahy still works perfect and is completely original to the best of my knowledge except for a few trays that were damaged and I reproduced these according to the original size. I also made a manual turning system similar to the GQF type incubators that fits this Leahy without modifying the original cabinet. I will include this free of charge.
I am willing to sell this complete incubator for $300 if you are willing to pick it up at my home. I am located in NE Wisconsin.

just got a nice No. 1200 - 517 Watt 10" Fan 8 Tray 1200 Eggs 22"x56"x48" leahy yesterday it is missing a tray but other than being a lil dirty it is top notch

i am not sure if i gonna keep it i breed game and yard birds both and sell the eggs so a 1000 egger is a lil big for me but after reading more on it and the incredible hatch rate i wanna keep it my gqf is a good one we get 85 to 90% rate with it

just goes to show u all old things are not worthless heheheheh

I agree. Vintage incubators depending on who made them are better made and last forever. Everyone starting out now is willing to pay over $200 for a plastic or styrafoam incubator that is basically a throw away piece of junk. I find these for sale everywhere and no one wants to buy them unless they are selling to another starter hatcher. Half price.
E-bay has a Leahy Model 624 like mine for sale for $900. Good luck with the BIN and local pick-up as well. I was only asking half the price with no one interested. LOL

I purchased two Redwood Incubators last month. One is a Leahy 426 and the other is a Brower (made by Leahy) 624. The Leahy is completed and running great! The Brower on the other hand has a way to go.

My question is this........................Does anyone have or know where I can get either a wiring diagram or a very good digital photo of the interior of the power box and switches? I am at a loss as how to restore this area. I've purchased two new micro switches, power box, using the original box cover because it has the glass fuse in tack, new power cord, etc, etc. Just don't know how it all goes back together. HELP!!!

I have a 624 with the instruction manual but there isn't a wiring diagram that I could find. If you are stumped on the wiring situation, e-mail me with your problem, and I can try to walk you through your troubles.
Another option is to contact the owner of Sunny Creek Farms & Hatchery. They may be able to help also. Thier web site is www.sunnycreekfarms.zxq.net.
