These look pretty yummy.. and i like how you can keep the batter in the frige for up to a week also.

Thats sounds good. I like the fact you can put the rest of the batter in the refrigerator and use it up as you please.

Does anyone have a list of ingredients and instructions in written form?

RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS

1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15 oz.) box Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients and store in refrigerator (keeps up to 6 weeks). (Grease the muffin cups) Bake in muffin cups at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

From Cooks.com
I make them all the time. I bake it all at once and store them in the freezer. Take out the night before or nuke them for a second.

I have a similar recipe and have used it for several years. I like to bake them all up, cool, wrap individually, put a dozen into a freezer bag and freeze. They are handy for packing lunchboxes and they thaw in time for break.

BTW, I add an extra cup of raisins to the recipe.
