We have 6 pips in the incubator!! I went to bed with no visible activity and I woke up at 5:30am EST to 6 of the 11 eggs pipped! Including...drum roll please...Rocket!! Rocket is our first misfit to pip!

WOW!!! THIS IS SO EXCITING!!!! NEVER SAW THIS BEFORE!

Well there's going to be a lot more where that came from! I'll try to catch a better angle on the next one so you can see the zip better.

Annnnd we have what I think is a Splash! This sweetie isn't named yet but was one of the porous eggs. My friend is going to be beside herself when she sees the colors hatching! She was getting all black chicks and I think 1 in 50 was blue! lol
