Your post makes me think back to the days I worked with my grandfather. He was a hard person to work side by side with.
Back then it was just hard work.
Today I see he was preparing me to make a name for myself.
Even as a kid I admire the respect he was showed no matter where we were.
Your very fortunate to have this time together. I hope you get a lot out of it
