Is it normal that he’s still hiding? I know he’s probably still stressed from shipping and the new home and also that they’re nocturnal but even last night he didn’t come out at least that I saw. I mean… do geckos get blood clots? JK a bit but shouldn’t he be moving at least a little bit? Sorry, just a paranoid first time gecko mom

I'm sure he is fine He probably did some initial exploring, decided this was a nice safe home and picked a place to catch up on some rest.

And actually now that I think about it he did explore briefly when I first put him in there and check out all the corners and everything and then he found the hide and has been there ever since

I had to make Tad two salads today because she didn’t get off her hammock until 8pm. By that time the first salad was just a tiny mound of wilted leaves that died in vain
