My pet-sitter accidentally left my day gecko’s tank door open while I was away.

Judging by the gecko turds on the floor she was leaving the enclosure, but luckily she was making her way back inside. Love this gecko!

I’m inclined to agree. Those are some of the best Pac-Man frog setups I’ve ever seen!

Do you know the name of the vining plant in the first two photos?
Yes. Sweet potato. As in, the same sweet potato you grow in your garden. I figured this would be a useful way to preserve some slips so that as soon as the last frost is over in the spring, I can immediately start some slips outside.

I also have tried this with wild tomato that is naturalized around my farm. A deep freeze will kill them outside but their seeds will sit through the winter and they’ll come back in the spring. However, I’d like to keep some growing indoors and for whatever reason they will not take in the soil of the pacman terrariums.
