I'll be watching this thread cause I've wanted a Reptipro for along time. After hearing about all the horror stories about the styro junk, I built my own. Kinda patterned after one. If the egg money holds out It'll be my first purchase. Sending all good incubation vibs.

I have not seen anyone point out the fact thet the Repti Pro INCLUDES the 12 volt adapter, so if the power goes out you can use it in the car, or attach a car booster battery (with a 12 volt plug). the turners (household current only) are great and come with cups for small eggs like quail. interior parts can be put in the dishwasher top rack to clean. and the turner motor is easy to replace if ever needed, or take off the motor to clean the whole unit if you ever have an EGGsplosion. The temp fluctuation on the display made me worry, but the inside temp is rock solid (top and bottom). temperature recovers in a matter of seconds when the door is opened and eggs or water is added.

with all that said, we are waiting on eggs now that the experiments are done. Great product!

Thanks to my phone I've been offline a few days but isn't the 6000 great?? I'm glad he debuted it on here so we can get that much more drawn in lol. All of the talk about emu eggs is making the wait even harder on me, I hope so much that we all have successful hatches with emu chicks, they're so much fun.
Melissa that is so nice, I'd love some more geese eggs! You can PM me how much you want for them then shipping & which one of you is selling quail eggs? I'd like to buy some more of them to...this thread is turning into a really informational source & the people I've met on here are just great!!I It looks like all of us have at least some of our eggs in the bator now, how exciting! Everyone with eggs should post a little chart of their dates then add to it as more of their eggs arrive My 10 duck eggs came yesterday, 7 runners, 3 runner/mallard crosses with 1 busted. 3 of them were cracked & 1 of those had almost its entire half shattered, but luckily hadn't busted so I waxed it up & all the aircells were intact so they have a chance.

I'll get the quail cartons to Yinepu as soon as they come on Wed. My hatches are going good and coming up fast. In incubator #1 I have 4 Salmon Faverolles and 13 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes and 2 Super Secret Mystery Eggs that will hatch on the 18th this Wednesday

In Incubator #2 I have 8 Mottled Houdans and 16 Buff Orpingtons and 12 Buff Brahmas that are due to hatch on the 1st of Feb. In my old Hovabator I have 22 Bantam Ameraucanas, 12 EEs and 5 Silver Laced Wyandottes. The Ameraucanas and the Silver Laced Wyandottes are due on the 25th of Jan. In the Reptibator I have the Quail eggs. Rockinpaints - Nellie just sent an email saying she just got a new BBS Ameraucana Roo and so she is sending me some of those eggs to check the fertility on for the Valentines Day Hatch a long. Glenda Charm 1704 is sending me a box of surprise goodies like BBS Ameraucana Lavendar Orpingtons and Splash Marans and they should arrive this Tuesday

. Mr. Jim Hienz is sending me a dozen of his beauteous Iowa Blues for the Valentines Day Hatchalong as well. Whewwwww

Holy Cow Meow! What an incubator circus you have!! Where did you get your Mottled Houdans? That is so cool!

I'm wanting Araucanas. I'm also thinking some Jersey Giants would be fun.

I wish I could see your set up (both of you ladies) 'cause I'm SURE I WOULD BE JEALOUS!!
