I'm not supposed to have roosters.... if he's quiet I may be able to hide him

I don't know what state you live in but I was able to find a rehoming site on Facebook for my state. I was able to re-home 2 of my extra roos through it. Maybe look to see if they has a rehoming site for your state?

Uh...that's a great question. I'd think to check tractor supply/other farm stores in your area. You also may be able to find it online for order?

I’m in Louisiana, if anyone can take him!!!! He’s a rooster for sure, didn’t crow this morning, though, and is very sweet and docile. The size of my hand, I think a bantam Araucana. If anyone is interested, no rehoming fees at all, just pm me. I’m willing to drive him depending on the day to locations near me (Baton Rouge).

Also make sure you treat the temporary housing. If the area is big enough create a sand/DE bath for him.

On Facebook they have a site called "poultry swaps in Louisiana". You can post on this site to rehome him. The site says it's based out of baton rouge.

That's such a good setup! I wish that I had something like that. He might appreciate a bin of dirt/sand/DE like @Wi_Pida suggested.
