After researching it some more I think she’s at least part Thompson white gamefowl. Her legs and general shape really match.

That’s a strain of American game (if you weren’t already aware).
Edit: Thompson whites seem to mostly have dominant white, while your hen has silver. She doesn’t look like a Thompson white to me.

Ya but of the ones that aren’t have the same kind of like brownish coppery feathers on their backs. It’s just a theory.
