Rescue Roo What breed?

I adopted a rooster yesterday and was wondering if anyone could tell me if he is a Houdan. Not sure but he kinda looks like a houdan. He is black with a green sheen on his feathers and a little bit of tan at the back of the neck. (I cant seem to find my camera since we moved last month or I would take a pic sorry).
Also is there a way to tell the age of a chicken????

Without a picture there is no way to tell if you have a houdan or not.

How many toes does it have? Houdans have 5.

He has 4 toes. I also have two pixs that I downloaded from my phone to my computer however I can't get them uploaded so if anyone would let me email them and post them that would be great!!!!
