Rescued eggs and chicks still hatching??? (Please help)

I would use a paper towel or washcloth with warm water, and gently try to loosen it up by stroking down the back (in the same direction that the feathers grow.)

As for the the that is pipped, do you know how long it has been pipped? It would not surprise me if it has shrink wrapped and needs assistance. If it has been pipped for 24 hours then I would definitely help it. If not 24 hours I would wait until that point unless I thought it needed it sooner.

It's stuck to his butt too so I think its yolk

Dont remove anything from the bum area. But the stuff stuck on the back is just membrane from the egg and will be fine to loosen up and get off. It will also be fine if you don’t take it off. But I always worry about feathers being pulled a bit when they move around, so I prefer to take it off. Just don’t take off anything near the bum!!

Also for your splay legged chicks you will need to put a brace on them, sometime today would be best.

One of the ones that pipped didn't make it, the second I started to help but the membrane started to bleed so I stopped. Put some warm water on it to help it not dry out, gonna let it rest.

Don’t use toothpicks or hot glue, that could be very painful for the chick. Here is how I brace splay leg chicks. It only needs a bandaid and extra tape for the middle. (Could even use a strip of another bandaid if you don’t have med tape)

If you can get a picture of what you mean about them walking on their feet. They may need foot braces, which are easy to make with only med tape.

of course it doesn't want to walk now but it keeps its feet like this when it walk, its better than a while ago so maybe it'll get better?

I would put it back in the incubator for about 12/24 hours and let it get dry. Most of the time, when they are dry and fluffy, you won't see any of the things you saw. That also can help with splayed legs.

Newspaper is slippery. They need to be on something less slippery like a towel, paper towel, scent free puppy pad, pine bedding, etc.

We've fixed dozens of chicks with VetWrap bindings and a really bad case with rubber bands. Usually it's just a couple of days, and with that bad one, three weeks.

The best luck we've had though was putting them back in the incubator for a day.
