    Hi all,
So I've been interested in keeping rhea for a while now but I'd like to understand what I need to do to keep them. I have 20 acres and I keep guinea fowl, chickens and horses. Would the rhea be ok in with the horses or would they not get along? Also what do they eat? Can they just live off grass or do they need extra feed? I have post and rail fencing and cattle fencing and hedges around my land, will this keep rheas in or will they get out? Are rheas at risk from predation, the biggest predator we have is the red fox, can it take a rhea?

    Thanks in advance

They should be fine with horses, and foxes if anything will run. As for fencing they might need it to be a little more stable
