Rhode Island Red - guy or gal?

Location
San Francisco Bay Area - 5 miles from the coast.
She’s the same age as our other two RIRs but has a much more developed comb and is fairly aggressive...gets up in everyone’s face and the feathers on its neck stand up etc.

Thoughts?

Really? How confident are you? How can you tell? How disappointing!!
Looks very similar to my RIR roo. The comb and wattles and the upright posture were the deciding factor for me. Unfortunately the photos are too dark for me to see the tail clearly but in one of the pics of the face I think I can see saddle feathers. With the given pics 95% sure rooster. How old is he/she?
 
I could tell by 4.5 weeks one of our RIR's was a rooster. Mine are 9 weeks. Yours looks at least a few weeks older. Definitely gonna say rooster.
