Good evening folks :frow

Yup Sue and I hit 40 in February.... In good news, Sue was moved from ICU yesterday to a step down room and I have to call the hospital today to find out where she is as she's been moved to general population sometime during the night. She's totally tube free. And she's stills scheduled to move to rehab tomorrow. I was disappointed to discover that PT/OT doesn't work the weekends.
Lots of long term marriages here. That is nice to see.

I assume you mean PT/OT at the hospital not the rehab facility. It is disappointing to learn because at this point you are almost wasting 2 days of hospitalization. As staff go, PT/OT are very hard to find. I suppose that could lead to no weekend service but what a waste.

I hope the move to rehab is smooth for both of you.

Such wonderful news!! Please give Sue my best. I hope you're taking care of yourself too.♥️

What an amazing story!!

My grandmother always said that we were related royalty in South Whales. She said we did something to piss people off and were kicked off the island.

My daughter, Anna, is named for one of the sisters that was kicked off . Her name was Anna Jones and she was born is Swansea South Whales.
That’s ironic!

There is a family story that my great, great, great... (maybe seven greats?) was “an indian chief.” (Yes, I know the proper term is Native American, but it’s an old. A couple tribes did visit the island and surrounding area, and Rosalie herself looks a bit native to me in photos. My sister had a DNA test and guess how much native american blood we have? Drumroll please... none! Zilch. Nada. It’s just an old tale.
