Rex was neutered today. He has pain meds for the next 3 days and is still rather out of it from the surgery.

He must wear the cone of shame even in his kennel, because he is licking his incision. Poor boy is so confused, he has to be on the lead for the next 7 days. He hasn't gone potty on a leash since we got him 5 months ago, I hope he remembers how!

Glad you neuter! I have friends who work in rescue & it is distressing when owners won't do it.

I will always spay and neuter my pets. Rex is AKC registered, but he didn't need to father any pups. There are plenty of animals that need homes, I certainly don't need to add to it.
