Good morning Jeannie, that's really cute. I've tried hard to stay out of the pandemic discussion, but totally agree with you... It's a media event that's totally mis-reported for sensationalism. I know the answer, but Bob and Shad, where's the US death toll (all causes) compared to the same date in 2019, 2018, and 2017? I'll bet you find the increase in deaths in 2017 to be higher than 2020 and that Covid has had no impact on the overall numbers.

On a happier and non-political note... the teenagers moved to fresh grass today. One of those boys needs to really shine as the other three are going into the freezer.

The Pandemic bores me. There is never any good news & people have just become silly over it ~ extremism one way or the other. Chickens are much more interesting...

I'm sure one of your boys will step up. There's one in every pack.

We don't celebrate the start of autumn until the 22nd up here. It happens to be my youngest daughter's birthday. Do you celebrate it on September 1st down under?

Yes, we start our seasons on the 1st of each quarter.

You two are all good. I'm not a scientist so I will leave it to the pair of you to fight it out. It just seems to me the whole world has gone completely mad & I blame the media for a lot of it. I think @ some point we have to decide we're going to live, not live in fear. None of us are vouchsafed tomorrow. There are no guarantees in this life except one: we will all die @ some point. Therefore we should make the most of what time we have. A simple philosophy but having done all we sensibly can, it's time to get on with it.
