You should! It is a little piece of heaven on earth. BUT, quite difficult to cook perfectly. Bring to full bubbling boil, then turn down to simmer for exactly 3 minutes. YUM!I've honestly never had a soft boiled egg! I should try it!

I don't know how I missed this post and several following itHere it's toast buttered & spread with vegemite. You dip your soldiers in the egg yolk ~ which is why they need to be soft boiled.
