Ribh's D'Coopage

At the risk of rubbing it in Ribh, Pepper has stopped being broody at last. She is out and about free ranging with her flock now. It's such a relief!

I hope your girls come good soon. :fl

I dunno, ACM...I break them & we have a week or so then the tu~tukking starts again & next thing someone's hogging a nest again. 🙄 I'm sure it's not good for them.

As I was babysitting this weekend I missed most of the discussion about education on @BY Bob's thread but have now dumped a load ~ with more to come if I get up the nerve! :gig :lau

However I find the kiddies home environment so sterile I invariably get them out somewhere that I consider a little more child friendly so we walked to the 2nd of 2 parks. It was a lovely walk over a bridge, along a creek & past the golf course with its lake full of moor hens, tadpoles, dragonflies, fish & butterflies.View attachment 2411911
Yes, we did the swings & things.

But the highlight of our walk was spotting someone's backyard flock free ranging in the back yard! Just look @ these beauties!

I can you all had tons of fun ❤

I got home to find all my broodies in nesting boxes. I doubt they had been out to feed, water, poop or dust bath so they all got hoyed out & are now in broody jail 🙄 Lavender is tock~tocking away in desperation. Tough bickies, gal. Mummas home!

The are definitely a stubborn group when they set their minds to something 🙄, gotta love them 😍

Sunday morning snuggles!
