Thanks, MaryJanet. We are starting to see how it will all come together. What I wasn't expecting was how it lifts the raised garden beds & all the greenery. Weird.

The lads have done a great job! Even the chickens are impressed. The cats love it. They keep rolling round on top of it.

.. I stayed awhile and protected them from the ones who feel they just MUST peck cuz that’s what you’re SUPPOSE to do... right
... but I’m happy they made it up and are sticking it out even though they get beat! I’ll feel much better when they are larger. And Goosie (SS) is too funny.. she is the biggest chicken you ever saw! And I don’t mean large 
... she hides in the nest area until everyone gets their spot on the roost then comes out and finds a place 
... or is she smart
