Ribh's D'Coopage

Lovely! So nice to see all your girls in action.🥰 We have a week of wet here to. I have got 1/2 the little coop covered in a tap to keep the rain out of the coop & somewhere sort of out of the wind in the run. The big girls are complaining. Everywhere's wet! Even under the coop that normally stays pretty dry.

Oops! @Ribh Sorry.... I didn’t mean to post my video of rice hulls here. I hope that’s ok! I still had this thread open because I wanted to catch up on the newcomers. I will do that now!
More than ok. It's so lovely to see them all. Misposting happens to us all sooner or later if we wander these 3 threads.

I was wondering how you were getting on in the rain. Some serious floods in NSW.

Wrold is in the bathroom.
The silly girl is not getting off the nest @ all [though given our weather I can hardly blame her] & when I force her she spends her whole time running round bokking & barely eats. When I lift her I can really feel her keel bone so I have had enough! Alpia gave up a couple of days ago & is back running with the flock.. Wrold can cool her heels in the bathroom until she's feeling sensible again. Hopefully that will be soon. She's alarming @ all sorts of harmless things! 🙄

Being on a hill has it's advantages. All the water is running out to sea but it is much damper than my girls are used to & everyone is complaining. :(

Sounds like a storm!
