Blocking off the nest boxes with cardboard seems to be working so far. Pepper has been out and about with her sisters all day and Edwina laid her egg in the small coop's nest box.

Pepper is even roosting on a perch tonight!

Now the girls are growing up I wanted to share some updated pics. I haven't got everybody yet but these 2 are so gorgeous together!

And I was so proud of Ceres tonight!
As soon as most of the Big Ones were settled for the night she made her way up the stairs & straight to the 2nd rail where she happily settled without any fuss.

Desdemona doesn't like the stairs so flew up but she was a little unsure of where to go next so I put her up with Ceres.

They are so pretty. Each in their own way. I love that they are so good together as well. You are joining @CrazyChookChookLady in my eyes as a flock whisperer.
