Now I know you'll all roll around laughing but I need some help.
I got sent a smart phone. It runs on Andriod 10.
Now here's a thing. I can't answer the phone when someone rings me. There is a red phone icon and a green phone icon and, as one would, I press/tap the green icon and nothing happens. My daughter tells me I need to swipe it, but which direction?

I swipe up but from Ribh's comment, that's likely just my habit.

Were you able to figure out your phone Shad? My phone is like MJ's, I need to swipe up. Although, like RC, with some calls I need to tap. Maybe it has to do with what OS your caller is using too?

Another thing to keep in mind, Shad, is that the gesture for answering a call can depend on the brand of the physical handset. I believe most androids are swipe to answer but some are tap to answer.

So, if the swiping fails, try a single tap. If that fails, you can try a double tap just in case your first tap was too gentle.

How about tapping it with a hammer......
It's swipe only to answer and up seems to do it.
