I think we have sorted 2 Vorwerk names.
This is the lead hen of the Vorwerks.
She is 1st to try anything, first to eat, 1st to roost, the one who helped Gloriana take on a snake. She is older, bigger & heavier than any of the others.
She has agreed to Freya.​

And this girl is the smallest, the most timid, always last.
I have been calling her Mausie ~ little mouse.

Only 2 more to go. ​

Desi is the one chook I am still a bit worried about. Still getting treatment each day though there's nothing wrong with her appetite. And she loves having some time with me on her own until Ceres & Olivia start screaming about it.

It's been steady downpour all day ~ & yes @Aussie-Chookmum, we have celery in food dye. The girls were out & about all day but I found them under the coop when it was feeding stations & everyone is accounted for.​

I hope she starts to improve soon...poor girl! Ceres & Olivia, mom, mom, mooommm, it's our turn now... I love the relationship you have with your girls!

Me too! She has had a lot of scabbing around her eyes & eyelids which is almost impossible to use lotion on & takes ages to heal, partially because it is irritating her & she keeps rubbing her head on her shoulders causing inflammation, spread & open sores. She is good in herself though & eating well so I'm not too worried.

Ceres & Desdemona scream to let each other know where they are. For such small birds they generate a huge amount of noise! Olivia got a really mild dose. One bad day where she was feeling off & a few scabby eyelid days but I had to bring Ceres back inside. She wasn't really coping when I put her back so this lot will have to return together & I don't really think that's making Olivia happy. It's left Titania on her own but she has plenty of sass & is fine ~ though I do bring her in if she gets too wet to dry off. She doesn't like it so gets shuffled back out as soon as possible.

Thank you. This lot have been really, really hard to choose names that suit. I have one more to go & am still undecided.

Thank you. It has taken quite some doing! @BY Bob came up with some great ones but none of them really seemed to fit.
