Your flock looks GREAT!!!! and I love the wood chips. we just got , 2 months ago, a wood chipper, and I plan on covering my whole run in it.

Yeah good. I’m going to take my dog for a walk up to the local coffee van to get a hot drink and that will be my PE for the morning or perhaps I will ask if horse riding counts…

Good Morning to you,
I had decaf on the balcony this morning,
at 3pm I usually have coffee, but I am taking 2 weeks to drink more water,
So, this afternoon its Ice Lime Water on the Porch,,,,

Your flock looks GREAT!!!! and I love the wood chips. we just got , 2 months ago, a wood chipper, and I plan on covering my whole run in it.

Thanks, GdeK. When I clean the coop I toss the leftovers of the bale into the run to amuse them. They were free ranging but when they started eating the profits of our small home nursery they got confined. I blame the Vorwerks. They are incredible stickybeaks & went where no chook ever went before. I broke all Shad's rules for having a calm cohesive flock ~ but not all my fault. I wanted to go with Campines but my breeder is no longer breeding & they are so rare I haven't been able to turn up another breeder yet. Still, it works. I have a very calm flock because they are mostly non dominant breeds.

Horse riding definitely counts as PE! Too strenuous for me!

We think it’s just a grass seed because he reached over into the neighbours paddock where they have long grass so…
