Poor Soda. She is a content hen, not causing any trouble, living her best life and she gets picked on. I think you are adorable and precious Soda. You be you.

I love Soda ~ but she is huge & only getting bigger. I worry about her health. I know it's not treats but if she was a human she'd be called obese.

It’s much, much less painful than it was last week. Must be the wonderful rug.

It can bear some weight now and I’ve switched from crutches to a walking stick.

The MRI showed that I have torn the middle and lateral (left) meniscus ( meniscuses? meniscusii?) but the ligaments are okay. I also have damaged cartilage and an effusion of blood through the knee plus a Bakers cyst. The doctor has given me a referral to a surgeon to see what my options are.

I will post chicken tax tomorrow. I’m on mobile and the computer is too far away.

I’ve noticed Deana’s shape change as she gets older. I’ll try for some photos tomorrow and we can compare her and Soda.
Maybe it’s middle age spread.

I'm not going to be round much for the next few days. We have a lot on @ the beginning of this week & tomorrow we travel for eggs. ​
