The lads are atrocious about remembering to pass on information, messages or gifts. However one Mother's Day gift did eventually arrive.

That's how mine spend their lives now. Always under cover. Scoot across the yard.

Phew! I almost couldn’t read to the end I was afraid of what happened. I am so glad they are all safe.

I can't really contain them to a safer area but @ least the yard has plenty of cover & hens are very good @ keeping still. I wish the hawk would move on but it lives in a nearby swamp.

She really does dream she is a cheetah - her little feet twitch when she is deeply asleep as she races across the Serengeti in pursuit of big game!
Somehow she still expects me to feed her though.

And sweet. Just the sweetest giant cat.

She almost had a squirrel today. Full speed across the yard. Lightning fast and deadly silent. The squirrel saw her at the last second.
