No seizure today. Second lot of meds are making her sleepy.

That seems to be progress.

So the vet just called. Mishka has kidney disease, which can be managed by diet, but that’s not what’s causing the seizures. She thinks she’s either got cancers which are throwing out clots, or she has something pressing on her brain. We wouldn’t be able to find out without some sort of MRI or scan, which is about 5K. So we don’t know how much time we have left with her, but it probably isn’t very long.

Oh no. I'm so very very sorry. You are really having a rough go of it recently. I wish there was something I could do others than offer hugs.

Lozzy we lost our first cat to cancer, but he was almost 19 years old when he passed. He traveled with us to Japan and Saudi. I hope you have more time than you think and enjoy it all.

Thanks Bob. It’s astounding how animated she gets when there’s food! Best way to get meds into her!
