She is no Lulu but I love her look.

Given that both Glynda and Lulu are Legbars I find it curious that neither of them is very much like the Roadrunners. Lulu and Glynda seem to have different body shape from each other for sure.
I think Glynda is gorgeous - to me she looks more Leghorn than Legbar in body type - but you know me and breeds, I am still reeling from my earlier attempt to learn about breeds!

Frankly I am very suspicious of Glynda actually being a Frost Legbar right now. She looks so much like a leghorn it is scary.

Glynda is not a restful chicken is she? Does she have ADHD?

Frankly I am very suspicious of Glynda actually being a Frost Legbar right now. She looks so much like a leghorn it is scary.

I have to agree with you. I was quite surprised to learn she was supposed to be a Legbar. She looks all Leghorn to me ~ but what would I know? I was so hoping for blue eggs for you but just now I'm expecting Glynda's to be white.

She does look like the pictures of ‘Frost Legbars’ on the hatchery websites.
I think this is the picture I first saw way back when I thought it would be a good choice for @BY Bob.

But I notice that in that picture the hen does have a little crest which Glynda seems to be lacking.

It's the comb as much as anything. Where's Glynda's flop? Lulu is rounder also. She's very pretty. I hope she picks up. You've had a rough trot lately.

Don’t Leghorns’ combs also flop? I assumed she just is too young to have developed her comb.
On Lulu, thanks Ribh, I am cautiously optimistic as she seems much more chipper today.
Hopefully she just had a bad couple of days and is on the mend. She isn’t really a lap chicken but she likes to be stroked under her beak, between her wattles. If she is in the right mood it sends her off into a bit of a trance!
