Ribh's D'Coopage

Bob, you'll love this... It's gonna take me weeks to build something in SharePoint that could be built in a day using .net. Boss LIKES SharePoint.:rant:mad:

O lord no. Makes perfect sense unfortunately. :he

Sorry for being a little out of touch lately, I’ve been helping my mother with her pension application (2 years late, but they will give her 11 months retro on one at least, and she gets an increased amount for having delayed claiming it) and busy with winter preparations...

Big news... and I may as well post here firstly because we are all basically here too... Concrete is coming tomorrow! I’ll see if we can snag some pics while pouring, but might be too busy.

And I got another “first” egg. Chickie Hawk might not be a girl, or particularly easy to work with but he’s a keeper for sure! His daughter by a hyline red lady gave me this little beauty... my first Olive egg!

:frow Hi Kris!

:woot Hooray for the pour! :fl It will happen tomorrow!:ya

That colour of olive egg is what I was hoping for from Pepper. Congratulations! It's good to see that they do exist even if I don't get one :p

Outstanding! O how I love a green egg! Great news. He is a keeper.

Oh gosh, yes!!! Until the last few years Halloween hasn't been a thing here ~ it's a fall festival after all, but there were hordes of kiddies on our streets last night & all I could think was the amount of sugar & who had to deal with them today! Yikes:eek:

We are off the beaten track so don't often get anyone trick or treating out our way but I'm not sure how to approach it. I loathe it's ugliness, it's celebration of the macabre, & it's pagan roots but no~one is going to listen to me on what they are actually celebrating.:lau

My area of history is Pre~Christian Celtic so the things I know...:gigso I just didn't answer the door. Besides my cats were freaking out & they were disturbing the chooks with their racket. Rude I call it. :(
I became more tolerant of Halloween once it became clear kids should knock on the doors of the decorated houses. I haven't yet decorated my house but some of the neighbours do. And by Bob's hens looked great in their outfits
