It's a sad day around here today... Sue's foster Mom passed this morning. She's been in hospice for the last couple of weeks, but I guess you're never really prepared.

Bob just got me the iPhone 8 plus, we just got it set up yesterday. So far I am very happy with it. I have lots of learning to do with it though, as it is very different than the one I had.

I'm rather cross with myself ~ because I really do know better but I was impatient!

With the days getting longer & [imperceptibly] warming up I thought conditions were optimum for taking some footage of the girls going to roost last night. I got some great footage ~ & it is all useless! I switched from portrait to landscape & you tube will not flip it for me.

Such a pain as the girls are squabbling a fair bit just now. Losing Pebbles has really set my flock on it's ear as my middle girls look to elevate their social standing. And Ha'penny did her *straight from the ground, under the curtain, onto the coop floor thing* & I got Lavender huffing herself onto the top roost.

Ah well. I shall just have to try again & hope I don't make the same mistake.
