Ribh's D'Coopage

She's settling in well and laid an egg yesterday. Still separated from the other two but only by aviary wire. Janet faced up to her a bit today, so did Mary. I tjink Sandy might have mites, so I'll deal with that asap.

It's a sad day though because my old cat, Charly, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic lymphoma. So she was put to sleep an hour ago. I've just finished laying her to rest near the woodshed. It's a bit heartbreaking.
So sorry for your loss :hugs:hugs

I am so very sorry! It’s oh so sad when you lose an ever so loved pet! I still mourn the loss of my Cocker Spaniel I had to put down a few years ago.. I cannot think about him or I’ll cry.. which is sad... cuz I can never think about him :(... I know I was just complaining about dogs but this one had my heart and I don’t think they’ll ever be another...

So I separated the girls again today. Everyone was happy. Then in the afternoon I cleaned out the coop, added some leaf litter to the run & sat @ the open door doling out corn treats to both camps. lol By 4pm the big girls were waiting @ the coop door when I brought out the table scraps & everyone is back together ~ peaceably if not unitedly.
