CCCL it's amazing how much fun they have with fresh litter.

They had a blast! After all the little bugs and goodies were picked out I sprinkled a little cracked corn over the leaves and they went through it again.

Last night a cricket landed on me. I kept it in a jar overnight this morning released one lone cricket for the girls to squabble over.

Sometimes, if you save a couple of eggs they lay in one nest box and move it to another they'll split up.

I've seen that. Good advise.

That is Soda & now she's broody. About to go turf her. Yesterday she just kept moving into which ever box had eggs & made such a to~do Ha'penny laid out in the run. Still trying to figure out how she managed to lay where she did.
