Here is our Christmas Evening trip back to the trailer to put up the girls before the community potluck. It was a wonderful evening and I brought a cheese plate that was mostly polished off or taken home by other community members (though I did save some nice cheeses for us and our WWOOFer to enjoy at the farm as well) View attachment 1988221

That is the problem. It is deep winter by date but not by weather. Most years we get a decent freeze in November. This year has been very mild so far.
Can't help with the free day I'm afraid. I don't know the area.

Two days of festivities have left me a little less than perceptive haha!

Apparently there is a wine museum...lots of wineries... Sorry. Had to go have a look. Beautiful looking countryside!

I must say it sounded interesting. Apparently they do ancient methods to modern. Sorry. Nerd. I don't drink wine but I'd go to that.

Yes. I'd do the churches too ~ but you only have so much time. Tapas works. One has to eat after all...

The man's family is from Valencia. Take your pick: Inquisition or Armada landed them in Scotland.
