Ribh's D'Coopage

Simply stunning!! I was showing Rich some of your pictures and he would love to visit someday just like me. I really hope we get to someday.
We should have a finished house so come stay with us ~ :) well, for some of the time anyway. You won't see too much else from here...:lau

Christmas Day roast became Boxing Day Shepherd's Pie & anything left over went to the girls this morning.Tuppence was hanging on to her share of the meat for dear life!

Good girl Tuppy!
Yes!:clap She is right @ the bottom, poor girl, lower even than Lottie, but her feathers are growing back nicely & I have been secreting her away [on excellent advice!;)] for scrambled egg treats in the Big Coop. Marlow hoovers for anything she scatters around.:lau Ha'penny & Hepzibah are being much slower to grow back their feathers & Hepzibah looks like she may have had another go @ herself when she went broody for her chest is now looking a little threadbare in places.

I was very naughty this Christmas and fed the the chickens a bit of steak with roast potatoes. I've got some real savages here.:D

I can't believe the way mine attack a tin of salmon ~ horrible, stinky stuff!
They don't all like meat here, or not the meat I've given them at any rate. Much the same with fish. Most will eat some but you can soon see the serious carnivores in the tribes.:)
They all like walnuts and they all like the wine grapes that grow here which are much sharper.
