Gotta go out and feed and water the birds right now, but we're making crab apple jelly and crab apple sauce tonight and tomorrow. 15Kg of apples. I have pics to share of the process. I have just under 20 cups of Juice from which to make the jelly.

I shall be interested. I am assuming your jelly is what we call jam & I am waiting to see if the sauce is stewed apple. It never ceases to amaze me how confusing a common language can become!
